Shackleton has recently taken advantage of Future Leaders programme put forward by Scottish Enterprise. Three members of the team have finished courses intended to sharpen up their leadership skills. This has culminated in one of the team being asked to take part in the GlobalScot Conference in Glasgow on the 2nd of November. Eddie Dunkerley will carry the Shackleton flag, on centre stage, as part of the panel on one of the themed workshops as he mixes it with Global Scots and shares the experiences he gained during the Leadership Course.
