Shackleton are always looking at ways to improve the service that we offer our customers.
One small improvement that we have just rolled out to all our full support customers is to add a “Connect To Help” shortcut utility, in the shape of a blue snowflake icon, to their PC system tray (the area at the right-hand side of the Taskbar, beside the clock).
Clicking on this icon provides various shortcuts to either contact Shackleton or to test certain system functions, such as “is my email working?”. The full details are listed below (click on image to see it full size):
For customers that do not have a full support contract, the utility can be downloaded and installed from here… (unfortunately we can only deploy it automatically if your PC has our monitoring software installed)
