We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Desk Engineer to join our team in Dundee. You will work within our Support Team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service to our clients.  

The successful candidate should be passionate about developing their skills and be driven to continue to progress their career within IT. Dedicated in work training time will be provided along with Microsoft and security training.

Essential Skills

  • Various PC & Laptop Hardware 
  • Windows Desktop Operation Systems  
  • Windows Server Operating Systems 
  • Microsoft 365 use and support 
  • Experience in security tools AV/EDR/spam filtering/web filtering 
  • Basic networking DHCP/DNS, etc. 
  • Security conscious 
  • Customer service skills/customer-facing experience 

Desirable Skills

  • Valid UK Driver’s License 
  • ITIL Experience 
  • Mac OS Experience 
  • Firewall/router experience 
  • Working in an MSP environment (providing support to multiple clients)
